Where and how can I download/see manuals?
You can find the parts manuals by the menu on the top of the page, by clicking on Parts. After that you are redirected to our Parts website. In the left menu you click on Manuals, a pop-down menu will appear. You select the brand, than its type and finally the issue which is sorted by Year of Built.
Why can’t I find spare parts on the website?
Once you arrived at the parts website you can find parts by searching in the search field which is located at the right on the top of the page.
Do you sell aftermarket products?
We sell aftermarket products that don’t affect the operation or safety of the machine. Examples are rear light units, filters, batteries and engine-accessories.
Products which are important for the operation of the machine and your safety, we only sell original parts.
Which spare parts can you provide?
We provide spare parts for the following manufacturers: NIFTYLIFT, HITACHI, NOSTOLIFT and MULTITEL.
On request we can provide spare parts for the following manufacturers: JLG, GENIE, HAULOTTE, AICHI, UPRIGHT en SKYJACK.
What is the delivery time?
We attempt to ship out spare parts within 1 business day. This can only happen when the order is received before 1.00 PM and when the products are in stock. The spare parts you find on our website are normally spare parts we have in stock.
Why is with some spare parts the delivery time so long?
Our suppliers do their best effort to supply us from spare parts. Unfortunately it isn’t always possible. Specially made products, lead times which are overdue and stock items which are bought at once could be reasons why the delivery time is long.
With who and how do you send?
We send our packages and pallets with GLS. Packages within The Netherlands are usually delivered with the next working day. For lead times of other countries you can contact us.
Can we collect at Eurosupply?
When the products are in stock you can usually collect the products within the hour.
